My mom and my mom and my aunt were the president and vice president of a family business. And parody and equity for women business owners is wildly important to me and not just because I am one. But, you know, when you're talking about half the population, that's a lot of skill, technique, education, conversation that we're missing out on, if we're discounting or under, like, not performing to the standards, the same standards for women business owners or women in the workplace as men.
