Mangale: Tales Beyond The Grasslands

About Mangale: Tales Beyond The Grasslands

Mangale: Tales Beyond The Grasslands is a storytelling podcast rooted in the red clay of the Aghem people of Wum, Cameroon and stretching beyond the horizon to hearts seeking a model of being, belonging and beyond. Through a blend of fiction, folklore, and lived experience, Mangale weaves stories that echo across generations. Stories of love and loss, migration and return, survival and spirit. Hosted by Mirriam Ekei Buo, a storyteller and psychotherapist, the show explores what it means to carry heritage in a modern world, to mourn what was lost, and to find healing in what remains
