This is more than a podcast. It’s a declaration to activate community. We belong in every space, from snowy peaks to mountain trails, from the city to the fruit stand. Mangonada is community, movement, resistance, and culture, en una sola mordida.
Vane and Caro sit down to talk about the unprecedented summer of women shattering records not just for women ultra trail running and FKT's (Fastest known time) but for overall racing and FKT'S ! Happy Hispanic Heritage for those that still observe and remember us, as it feels like erasure of our people as we not only disappear them but also limit their displacement in space and their opportunities. We challenge our allies to do more around climate action and the intersectionality with migration, endangered species, access to clean water and land. We offer some suggestions and leave some questions to be pondered!
