Manifest Abounds is a podcast that I, Lauren Lovvorn, will be your host for the many upcoming segments that I have created. This podcast is one in which I will include many short recaps of my journey as well as host interviews for "SWAS", as we share and learn many lessons through self reflection, finding our purpose, & continuing to further the process of our soul’s grandest growth and evolution with every opportunity for change along the way! I hope listeners can find comfort and inspiration from the stories we tell and never stop reaching for more in their own journey! I hope you all enjoy!
Join us for a blast from the past as I interview a former classmate that I graduated with back in 2012 🙏🏼🤓

I hope you all enjoy this episode of my own experience and know that if you yourself are in a place just like I myself was at the time—Everything will make sense if you simply just give it time! Celestial Circus • Every Now & Then
I’m starting off this episode of reflection by taking my listeners back to the moment in which I began my archive of documentaries & reflections. As I share with my listeners the unedited clips of my voice journal, I will explain along the way just how I started this entire reflection process, that simply being—I needed to VENT. I needed to decompress the endless chatter of my own MIND & simply release the bottled up madness INTO THIN AIR. I believe it’s essential to our wellbeing to have a way to empty our busy minds—this being due to the realization that when we bottle up & repress our endless emotions it begins to take a gigantic toll on our mental state. I can confidently say that this method of doing so helped me tremendously & as I have found such beauty to come from the process I feel that it may be something others can feel comfort and inspired by listening as I tell of my own personal life experiences, ones that I have documented over the years & grown immensely in the process. With that being said, I begin by sharing the actual recording of when I decided to take the initiative to record my first ever voice journal. Be prepared for an elaborate session of profanity as I walk you through just a few ups and downs that were found at the beginning of this process. As mentioned in the episode, I have attached the link to watch what exactly it was that attacked me in the midst of trying to capture my cover photo for this segment 😩💀—> https://youtu.be/N23Cn7Nvs3Y
I hope you all enjoy this segment & stick around for the REAL chaos that I can assure you will arise as I get deeper into my story by telling of all the things that built me into the beautiful and confident being of love that I now fully embrace! So stick around & I hope you all enjoy this segment of my genuine story. Enjoy the show 🤓
