Conspiracy Theory Story take a turn then hear my rant
So Boom! It's early in the morning on a summer night and you're getting ready for bed then your CO alarm starts to go off as it processed to ring profusely and excruciatingly loud. I immediately begin to panic. I am STILL NOT familiar with being a grown up yet so I ask my mother what should we do? (Me: "Maybe call the fire department?") STILL NOT being familiar with adulthood yet, I watched my mother dialed for the fire department. They dispatched immediately and firefighters were here within minutes.
Yea.......I thought I could finish this story but that was pretty much the prequel to this episode🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hope you enjoy this episode tonight❤️❤️💜💜

Let Go of Shame
Shame is something we all carry around. It's vile and we hide it deep in the crevices of our unconscious mind. In today's episode, I open up to my audience and share my own experience with Shame. It is a lot to unpack (which is why this episode is a lil longer). I started to realize that the more I talk about my shame, the less power it has over me. I hope you can find courage to talk about your shame and to love yourself even more through it. Just remember if you are scared to be judged by others, other people have their own demons in their closet too. Much Love to you all❤️

Face Everything And Rise!!!!
Apologies for being away for so long but I've been working on myself so I can give more to you guys. But anyways, today's episode I talk about fear and confronting those feelings associated with fear. I've been seeing lately the word Fear as an acronym and it stands for Face Everything And Rise (F.E.A.R) because we should confront our negative feelings. But when you confront them this time, instead of fighting them, try showing them love because that's why we all should aspire to be❤️❤️
