✨ Praise & Pilates ✨
Worship Him. Move with Purpose. Honor Your Temple. 🤍
What if we viewed movement not just as exercise, but as an opportunity to worship the Lord?
Join us for Praise & Pilates, a beautiful time of faith, fellowship, and intentional movement as we come together to glorify God with the bodies He has given us!
God created our bodies with purpose, and His Word reminds us that caring for them is an act of stewardship and gratitude. Through gentle, intentional Pilates movements, uplifting worship music, prayer, and biblical encouragement, we will celebrate the gift of movement while strengthening both our bodies and our faith.
📖 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that we are called to glorify God in our bodies.
📖 Psalm 150:6 — “Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.”
📖 Romans 12:1 encourages us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, as an act of worship.
📖 1 Timothy 4:8 reminds us that physical training has value, but godliness holds even greater value in this life and the life to come.
This event isn't about achieving the perfect body or performing the perfect movement. It's about honoring the One who created us. It's about moving with gratitude, praising Him with every breath, and remembering that our worth is found in Christ, not in our physical appearance or abilities.
Come as you are, whether you're new to Pilates or have been practicing for years. All fitness levels are welcome!
🤍 Let's strengthen our bodies, encourage our hearts, and lift our praise to Jesus together!
Because taking care of our temples isn't about vanity — it's about stewardship. And movement can become another beautiful way to give God glory.

From the Well to the Empty Tomb: Women Called to Go and Tell
Did you know that some of the first people to boldly share the good news of Jesus were women?
In John 4, we meet the Samaritan woman at the well. After one encounter with Jesus, she left her water jar behind and ran to tell her community about the Man who changed her life.
Then, in John 20, we see Mary Magdalene encounter the resurrected Jesus. He gives her a powerful assignment: "Go and tell." She was sent to proclaim the incredible news that Jesus was alive!
Two women. Two life-changing encounters. One powerful calling: Go and tell others about Jesus!
In this episode, we're talking about how God has called and equipped women to boldly share the Gospel. You don't have to have a perfect past, a platform, or a title to be used by God. You simply need a willing heart and a testimony of what Jesus has done.
The same Jesus who called these women to go and tell is still calling women today.
Sister, your voice matters. Your testimony matters. And someone needs to hear about Jesus through you.
It's time to GO AND TELL!

Foolish Arguments & the Conviction of the Holy Spirit!
n this episode, we're talking about standing firm on God's Word in a world filled with social media arguments, hateful comments, and opinions that often contradict Scripture.
The Bible is truth, and we cannot twist, change, or pick and choose Scriptures to fit our feelings, lifestyles, or personal beliefs. When the Holy Spirit convicts our hearts, our response should be humility, repentance, and obedience—not defensiveness, excuses, or endless arguments.
We'll discuss the difference between godly conviction and condemnation, why we must avoid foolish arguments, and how to recognize when God's Word is correcting us.
We can stand boldly for biblical truth without becoming hateful toward those who disagree. Speaking the truth in love doesn't mean compromising God's Word, and loving others doesn't mean approving everything they do.
📖 Key Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:23
Remember: We don't change the Bible to fit our lives. We allow God's Word to change our lives.
