   You Are What You Eat

Remember the phrase 'You Are What You Eat.' Well in 1826, the French lawyer Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote, in Physiologie du Gout, ou Meditations de Gastronomie Transcendante: "Dis-moi ce que tu manges, je te dirai ce que tu es." Translated this means, Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are. This goes to show that even as far back as 1826 the thought that the food one eats has a bearing on one's state of mind and health was very important. On today's episode we discuss diets and get down into what the fellas would choose to eat if they could only eat one thing for the rest of their lives.

   The Last Straw

We have all been there and it is a very natural reaction, to lose your cool because of something that was done or said to you or someone you care about. Or maybe it wasn't said to you or about you directly but it caused an anger in you that just made you go off the deep end. The fellas discuss times that they have lost their cool and what they learned from those situations.
