貓裏時光 EP7 克服高山缺水獅潭有機印崗米歡喜收成
節目中帶大家前進的是苗栗縣獅潭鄉興陽農場，今天的主角是獅潭鄉前代表會主席謝添壽，他退休後，在獅潭、泰安交界一處海拔600公尺高的岩盤地形山田，以自然工法打造出友善環境的農場，更用傳統耕法種植台梗九號有機稻米，取自客語「稜線上」之意，命名「印崗米」，堪稱苗栗縣海拔最高的水稻，吃起來又香甜又飽滿，因為有著「高山版的金城武樹」、「伯朗大道」，日前進行一年一度的收割活動，空拍機玩家到場，新竹的鄉親也特別上山觀賞特殊景色! 大家知道嗎? 種稻米最需要的是陽光和水，一般平地引水非常簡單，不過高山可就不同了，謝添壽在山上種米約1.5公頃，他以自然工法引水方式，從很遠的好幾個地方引水，到這塊田地旁邊的池塘內，而池塘內就養鴨養魚，也用好一點的管線，變高山上的自然水，藉此克服高山缺水灌溉的問題。

最近東京奧運真的是大家都關注的世界級運動賽會，中華代表隊今年創下奧運有使以來的最佳記錄! 台灣高爾夫球一哥潘政琮，以逆轉勝之姿順利在東京奧運奪下高爾夫球銅牌，也寫下台灣高爾夫球新紀錄喔! 那麼今天節目中帶大家前進的是，小潘潘政琮的家鄉，苗栗縣苑裡鎮，比賽結束之後，潘政琮的傑出表現讓不少人「讚聲」! 苗栗縣長徐耀昌隔天一大早就特別前往苑裡鎮全國高爾夫球場，向在此工作的潘媽媽康月美恭賀，除了獻上花束、水果之外，更帶來了縣府加碼的一百萬獎勵金!
