The Masks of Masculinity: https://youtu.be/V2dg1IKz1AA (https://youtu.be/V2dg1IKz1AA)
In this episode, I dive into the complex world of masculinity and the masks men wear in their daily lives.
From the stoic facade to the alpha persona, I go over the societal pressures that compel men to hide their vulnerabilities behind a veil of false strength.
Here is a summary of the masks mentioned in the video.
1. The Stoic Mask: Conceals emotions to appear strong and unemotional.
2. The Material Mask: Seeks validation through material wealth and possessions.
3. The Athlete's Mask: Values physical prowess and athleticism for validation.
4. The Sexual Mask: Equates masculinity with sexual conquest and virility.
5. The Aggressive Mask: Asserts dominance through aggression and intimidation.
6. The Joker Mask: Uses humor to mask deeper emotions and vulnerabilities.
7. The Invincible Mask: Projects an image of fearlessness and invulnerability.
8. The Know-It-All Mask: Asserts intellectual superiority and dominance.
9. The Alpha Mask: Prioritizes dominance, assertiveness, and leadership qualities.

E005: Your Unfair Advantage as a Late Bloomer.
For as long as I can remember, I always had an inferiority complex.
Never felt good enough, tall enough, strong enough.
Always felt like I lagged behind my friends and all the other people I used to compare myself to.
I always thought being late bloomer would be the bane of my existence, till I realised it was a blessing in disguise.
And in this video, I highlight the reasons why.

E004: How I learned to forgive my parents
This podcast was originally posted as a YouTube video (the link is at the end of the description.)
In this deeply personal episode, I opened up about my journey to forgive my mother and I share the challenges I faced along the way.
Growing up, I carried deep-seated resentment towards her for a plethora of things.
I struggled with suicidal thoughts, feelings of anger, sadness, and resentment, unsure if I could ever truly forgive.
But through introspection and self-reflection, I started to dig into the layers of pain and understand the root causes of my emotions.
I hope the episode helps whoever may be struggling with unforgiveness and helps them find the peace they're looking for.
It goes over the importance of acknowledging your emotions, learning to speak out and practising self-compassion on the path to forgiveness.
