For those starting their coaching careers

This is me answering questions I got from a lady who is starting her coaching career. I she asked me:ICan you tell me a bit about your personal journey in coaching? What were the very first steps you took to start your coaching business? If you were starting today, what would you do differently? How did you find your first paying clients? How are you currently finding your clients? How did you decide on your niche or type of clients to work with? What do you think is the most effective way to attract and retain clients at the beginning? What systems or tools (e.g., scheduling, invoicing, note-taking) made your life easier in the beginning? What’s one mistake new coaches often make when setting prices? And, any tips you can think of in terms of pricing strategies? What helped you build confidence as a new coach? What habits or practices helped you grow consistently? What advice would you give to someone who wants to stand out in a crowded market? Generally, any words of advice or tips you may have that you wish you new when you started and know now?
