About Maritime English Teachers - discussions for building rapport and supporting future cooperation
The pod 'Maritime English Teachers' presents experiences and thoughts from Maritime Training around the world. Maritime English teachers form a fairly small international group of people. Many have learned to know each other by attending the annual conference on the subject. The pandemic has cancelled the conference and this pod aims at maintaining the ongoing discussion and cooperation between colleagues. At the same time the pod wants to welcome new voices into the discussion.

I recommend you read a super-interesting article by Evan, Changing Times [in language training]. You find the article here (https://www.e4b.de/app/download/12206226757/BS_19_07_Business+English+Today_Frendo.pdf?t=1601538023). The article is from 2019, originally published in Business Spotlight Magazine (https://www.business-spotlight.de/), but the issues adressed are more current than ever! Maybe the changing times Evan writes about are already here, or have we even passed them?
