Today, I want to talk about something I’ve learned after nearly six decades in the marketplace: Gospel-Centric Customer Success Mastery™ has very little to do with flashy jewelry, expensive suits, luxury watches, or trying to become the loudest person in the room. In fact, some of the most trusted relationship builders I’ve ever met were often the calmest people in the room. The best listeners. The most measured. The least interested in impressing others. Frankly, the older I get, the more convinced I become that real marketplace influence has less to do with image and far more to do with trust, consistency, discernment, and significance.
Gospel-Centric Customer Success Mastery™ goes way beyond the traditional know-like-trust sales training.

It’s easy to chase what shines and miss what matters.
Proverbs 24:27 reminds us to plant fields before building barns—to put the work of serving others ahead of building our own comfort. In this episode, I share why the sequence matters, how “shiny objects” can derail our mission, and how choosing significance over success changes everything in the marketplace.

Power isn’t About How Loud we speak—It’s about how well we restrain it
In business, people often mistake meekness for weakness. But in God’s economy, meekness is one of the most powerful leadership traits we can have, because it’s power under control. Today, our focus is on Proverbs 22:4 because it’s the 22nd day of the month.
“The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life.” — Proverbs 22:4 ESV
Proverbs 22:4 — Meekness Is Power
“The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life.” — Proverbs 22:4 ESV
This verse links three truths: humility, reverence for God, and reward. In the marketplace, that path doesn’t run through ego or self-promotion—it runs through meekness.
But meekness is often misunderstood. It’s not passive. It’s not a pushover mentality. Biblical meekness is strength—your ability, authority, and confidence—submitted to God’s control. It’s the choice to lead with grace, even under pressure.
And I’ll be honest with you—there have been times I’ve failed at this.
