Why you shouldn't share that video
Hey fam! On Tuesday 06 February 2024, digital safety advocates all around the world commemorated Safer Internet Day 2024. Amidst the awareness we came across a video on our feed of child abuse that should spark a wider conversation about what we're really doing about the things we share online. Take a listen to Anne share quite a bit on her thoughts on you and I can do to help the situation rather then perpetuate it. Don't forget to share, like, follow us on IG @maroroi_ and email us maroroi247@gmail.com

Let's shift perspective
So in light of discovering our why, we didn't want to act like Anne didn't live in Fiji and was not experiencing the life that's being shared across multiple platforms about the recent Covid-19 impacts in her country. Tune in as she shares some of grim realities of what's happening but how choosing to shift perspective can still have you living intentionally hopeful in your spaces of influences! Discovering your why
Sis! This season for Maroroi, we are learning to be intentional, not perfect, intentional. And being intentional is all about living from a place of know our "why". It's usually said that there are two important days in every life, the day we are born and the day we find out why! This episode reflects on 3 questions we can ask ourselves to help us get clues about our "why". Tune in and ask yourself the three questions this week! Visit our website for more info & get connected! We'd love to hear from your sis!

Mental health & friendship
Hey fam! This episode has a lot of questions and some helpful information for anyone in need of a listening ear. Please note that while it is Mental Health Awareness Month (May), I am not an expert in the field so please talk to your doctors before anything else, I just know that, for me, having a listening ear in the form of close friends has helped me navigate some not so healthy mental well-being moments. So, take a listen for a toll free number you can call in Fiji and a Facebook group you can join to connect with some amazing Pacific women who can offer that listening ear if you need one. Also if you have not already, go ahead and follow, share, and comment here (//www.veimaroroi.wordpress.com).

A bit about who the person is behind the voice, I get to talking about identity and how I usually introduce myself. And how I went from being a confused young girl to trusting that I am who God says I am. Didn't mean to get that deep but I hope you're blessed fam!
