We decided to start up a volunteer run page with the end goal to helping women break through into motorsport. We like to talk about ongoing events and stories in motorsport, as well as providing the platform for others to tell their stories and share what they do as well. and welcome to our FIRST ever collaboration episode! As part of our new initiative, behind the flags decided to take a new approach to invite everyday workers, volunteers or even fans to the podcast to help share and inspire others who want to be part of the motorsport industry.

Sharneigh is a camera oporator who paticipates in live broadcasting in most of the motorsport events we love to watch! Mariam and Shayne had the increadible honour of talking with Sharneigh and telling us about her journey into the Broadcasting industry, as well as sharing some insight on other topics!

False Start or Farewell: Will Ricciardo Stay In F1?
Welcome Back!
With increased speculation and uncertainty about Daniel Ricciardo's future, the whispers in the paddock increased with the VCARB driver saying his goodbyes already without a clear statement from the team. It is speculated that reserve driver Liam Lawson will be replacing Daniel after the 3 weeks break and for the new year. But are we all too quick to jump to conclusions?
Posts dedicated to Ricciardo's career have flooded social media to represent what a true mark he has made on the sport. Daniel took his time to say his goodbyes after the Singapore GP on the Sunday night, but again no official statements have been released to say he will be getting dropped. We go into discuss more of the off track drama and much more!

From Nico Hulkenberg announcing his departure from Haas at the end of the 2024 season and rejoining Sauber in 2025, who will soon become Audi in 2026. The driver market has never looked more exciting and unpredictable!
