#019 自己肯定って、実は必要ないんじゃね？
<p>自己肯定っていう言葉に縛られてたような気がする。</p> <p>自己肯定なんかする必要ない！じゃなくて、「自分を肯定的に捉える、尊く感じる。」っていう感覚を持たないといけないって思ってた。</p> <p>その感覚を持ち、自覚し続けることが自己肯定なんだと勘違いしてた気がする。</p> <p>実は、自分という存在そのものは、あえて定義するものでもなく、ただ存在している。</p> <p>否定も肯定もない。</p> <p>評価できるものじゃない。</p> <p>なのに、それを評価する必要がある。</p> <p>そんなふうに捉われてた気がする。</p> <p>自分という存在そのもについて、考える必要なんかない。</p> <p>だって存在してるんだから。</p> <p>存在している。</p> <p>それ以上でも以下でもない。</p> <p>だから、意味づけをする必要なんかない。</p> <p>そんなことを感じました。</p> <p>みたいな？</p>

<p>話すことが好きです。</p> <p>でも、自覚している以上に、自分の心と体も好きなんだなって感じました。</p> <p>なんか嬉しかったです。</p> <p>生きることにおいて、エモいってすごく大切なんだなーって思いました。</p>

<p>一度終わった人生をやり直させてもらう機会をもらった。</p> <p>あのまま私の存在は消えていてもおかしくなかったのに、いま、生かしてもらっている。</p> <p>どうやって恩返しをしていくのか、生かしてもらった私を、誰のために、どうやって使っていきたいのか。</p> <p>ぼんやりしててまだ自分なりの答えが出てないので、ちょっと整理してみる。</p>
