Can you tell me? Yeah, I'm a big believer in fractional real estate, and I've owned fractional real estate for 25 years now, and it has been phenomenal. Now, the one thing that you need to do to be successful in owning fractional real estate is you need to manage that process. You cannot be a passenger. You need to be aggressive in going out and pursuing the reservations or the times that you want.
