Sahil Bhasin is the founder & director of Bricks & Mortar Real Estate in Fitzroy North. He started that business from scratch building it up from 0 to 500 properties under management in 4 years and personally sells in excess of 200 properties per year, having mastered off the plan sales & project marketing.
