And so we can see this in Chianti, the difference between Chianti And Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico is the traditional heartland of Tuscany and Chianti, and the grapes are planted at elevation on hillside slopes for perfect aspect, exposure, and diurnal temperature variation. Whereas basic Chianti, which was expanded in the 1960s, is going to be much more fertile soils on the plains, producing much simpler wines with higher yields. […]
