#20 「いつでも好きなタイミングで声かけていいよ」おでん
<p>※ ハラスメントについても触れているので、フラッシュバックの可能性があるよ、無理して聞かないでね</p> <p>おでんはこういう経験をしたよーと</p> <p>今後のヒントになってもらえたらという気持ちで語ったよ</p> <p>最初の会社6年勤めて、いろんな経験としんどさを感じてきたよ</p> <p>残業時間が多くて、土日祝が休みのはずが、毎日仕事、業務量多かった・・！</p> <p>月400時間の残業代は、75時間分しかもらえない</p> <p>1日20時間が2~3ヶ月・・・人間的な生活ができていなかった</p> <p>そんな環境で「考える」ことができなくなっていたんだよね</p> <p>職種か、会社か、業界か、日本社会か？！と何がおかしいんだ・・と思いつつも、原因がわからず、転職のために調べることもできない</p> <p>この状況はやばいって労基に言った方がいいのか・・？</p> <p>そんな疑問もあるけれど、職場の人と一緒にいることは楽しい、、、おおやけに休むとかできない、精神的にもしんどくなってき、自死願望も出てきて・・・そんな感情が続くようになってきた</p> <p>そんな経験があったおでんは、</p> <p>「いつでも好きなタイミングで声かけていいよ」って</p> <p>同じ経験をしている人に声をかけたいな</p> <p>できる時に外部の人に助けを求めよう</p> <p><br></p> <p>*******************************************</p> <p>まったりぐぅのメンバーをフォローしてね👇</p> <p>Instagram</p> <p>おでん @mizu.den</p> <p>ルーシー @yu.lucyyy</p> <p>*******************************************</p>
