What To Do When You Don’t Know What To Do.

I believe that life speaks to us often and sometimes gently. The wisdom lies in listening and knowing when to move. In this great world, we create and innovate daily as we express ourselves and lead; often without thinking in automatic pilot. But what happens when you have no idea of what to do next? We are watching the old world. The world we thought we knew well, crumbling around us. For many I speak with, this brings a lack of clarity, a lack of certainty- a sense of not knowing. And for many there is now a void – from believing we know, to a feeling of not knowing. But a whole new group of people are forming. People that know that we are part of something bigger than ourselves, and our being alive now is not a coincidence. They also know they are a part of forming the new and are now needed. Is this you? Don’t give up. Don’t be concerned if you don’t know what’s next. No one does. But many, many are now awake and aware of the fact that it is time to choose possibility and creativity in our lives. They are okay not knowing and are waiting and listening, in faith. In this podcast we look at three phases of uncertainty and how to traverse them to create a life of meaning and fulfillment. The journey we travel together looks at the phases of not knowing and the gifts that each phase holds. By the end you will have a path to walk that comes with promise and possibility. At the end of the podcast, I leave you with 3 life transforming questions to consider in this fast changing world.

Designing Your Life Consciously- a beautiful co-creation.

When you consciously design your life in a co- creative way, life becomes vibrant and far more real. Flow and ease become available to you – doors open that you never expected to have open. So, what does designing life co- creatively mean? And why must the design, path or dream that we hold for our best lived life- now need to be co-created? This concept will make sense if you believe you are a part of something bigger than yourself. I mean open to guidance from source. I think we have been bred and raised to be so independent that many of us are lost ships at sea- not connected to any greater power or supportive source. Call it God, Source, a Higher Power. Call it what you wish, more than ever before, I am aware that it is more important than ever to listen-- in the still moments for guidance and to create from the messages, intuition and guidance that we receive. We will receive it- if we listen. In this podcast you will get a true understanding of why you are not alone and how guidance is always available to you and how to receive it. You will also have a chance to experience how to co- create in your own life and what the benefits of a co- creative life are. The big takeaway: Always Remember that co- creation and support are available to you at each juncture in the road. Just remember to ask!

Why Live Well? You Could Choose Not To. I figured this out.

So, should we live well? It really is a personal choice. I believe that you and I have a choice, and that is more important than ever to choose wisely. Join me as , in this podcast, I will explain why making choices to live well is so important today and how to do so. Part of living well is finding our light and when we find our light and shine it; from within - out ward to the world, the world totally shifts. It receives our light, and this is the beginning of a massive change on this planet. We are all connected. To live well in this whole new world, I believe we need to find our spark, our inner light. Knowing what creates joy in our life is the starting point. I have been personally making some choices in my own life around balancing the darkness with light. I have come to realize that I must now make a choice around where I am placing my attention. I sense a demise in the world. A coming apart to make way for something new, something different. Do you see or feel this? I have decided to take my life back into my hands- to protect my energy and to make choices that allow more peace and a renewed spark to arise in my life.
