Meet Me By The River- Episode 26: Ladies and Gentlemen WE have our First Guest!
I am BEYOND grateful and excited to introduce our first Guest on Meet Me By The River... Michelle. The first of what I hope is many many more conversations here together! She is a beautiful human, dear friend, wife, mother to 3 boys, and an inspiration to many. She lives life boldly, with a uniquely vulnerable & honest approach which I appreciate so very much.
Michelle and I have known each other for the past 7 years. Our regular coffees and conversations have become moments I continuously look forward to. And I am elated that she was open to having some of these conversations here.
Our conversation took an unanticipated turn (at least for me). But we will have Michelle return and have more raw conversations again soon. And Ideally the microphone I gave her will keep up next time (my sincere apologies).
We hope you enjoy this conversation and are looking forward to the next one with Michelle as much as I am.
Much Love,
Chris

Meet Me By The River- Episode 25: Spoiler Alert...None of Us Know What We are Doing
Looking forward to catching up after summer. It was a fun-filled phenomenal summer with old-school adventures. I never thought I would. say this but extremely grateful to get back to a routine. Slowly learning to accept myself for being the fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants-mom that I am.
If you are being hard on yourself during this season, please give yourself grace. Fall comes with all the feels. Change in routine, new schools, teachers, sports teams, schedule. It is all a bit of madness. The kids are trying to wrap their heads around all these shifts. It is a lot on the whole family and can alter the dynamic entirely.
Deep breaths, we are all doing our best.
And at the end of the day, remind yourself. None of us know what we are doing... and that's ok.

Meet Me By The River- Episode 24: Do The Thing
Life lessons and personal growth happen throughout our lives.
It is rarely pretty, it is never easy, but when we persevere we can remind ourselves what we are made of.
Put yourself out there and you will likely be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
