The game is bigger than the game.
Meetings on the Mound is where baseball people come to talk about baseball—and everything that comes with it.
Hosted by two high school coaches who live the game every day, the show brings together coaches, players, leaders, and people from across the baseball world for conversations about competition, development, coaching, culture, leadership, and life beyond the lines.
No box scores required. Just good conversations, good stories, and a love for the game.
Meetings on the Mound. Baseball from the people who live it.

The MLB playoffs are here, the takes are flying, and our preseason predictions are already looking a little questionable.
Nate and Caleb break down the postseason, debate who's built for a championship run, revisit their preseason MLB draft, and find out who actually knew what they were talking about this year. Along the way, we get into MLB's playoff scheduling problem, the future of baseball fandom, some questionable stadium ground rules, and a few rabbit holes that probably should've stayed rabbit holes.
Plus, we're kicking off Memories of the Game, a new recurring segment about the moments, relationships, and memories that make baseball more than just a game. This time, we're talking about playing catch, the people who taught us to love the game, and why those little moments stick with us long after the final out.
And yes, Johnny Damon's head comes up. Of course it does.
A quick heads-up from the GrnHaus crew: This episode was recorded four days before its release, so a few of our playoff takes and predictions may already have played out differently by the time you're watching. Consider this a snapshot of where our heads were at when we hit record. We're not claiming clairvoyance here — just two baseball guys doing their best to call it before the dust settles.
⚾ Meetings on the Mound — baseball people, talking baseball, with plenty of opinions and the occasional detour.

We're Back (Again): Reds Rubble, a Legendary Farewell & Our October Picks
Meetings on the Mound is back, now presented by GrnHaus Media, and right on time for the playoffs. Nate and Caleb (a couple of retired high school baseball coaches) reset the table for new listeners, then dig into the regular season: a Cubs trip to Wrigley that included a ballpark tour and a World Series ring, and a Reds season that went from a dream April to a disaster. That includes front office drama, the Elly De La Cruz trade questions, and whether Nick Krall or ownership is the real problem.
They also react to one of the most memorable retirement send-offs of the year, talk about why baseball hits different than every other sport, and break down every Wild Card matchup with series picks and World Series predictions. Plus: John Smoltz's idea for fixing baseball's competitive balance, and what to expect from the show going forward: weekly episodes, reaction pods, and interviews.
Faith, family, baseball. The game is bigger than the game.
