<p>公元290年，司马炎去世，其子司马衷即位，是为惠帝。惠帝痴呆，皇后贾南风借楚王司马玮之手杀死执掌政权的杨骏，又借“擅杀”之名杀死司马玮，以此来实现自己的政治野心。这件事引起了诸王的不满。公元300年，赵王司马伦杀贾后，第二年废惠帝，自称皇帝，诸王混战开始。公元306年，司马越毒死惠帝，立司马炽为帝，即晋怀帝。至此，动乱方告结束。“八王之乱”是西晋统治集团部争夺最高统治权的斗争。这场大乱前后持续了16年， 黄河流域人民蒙受了前所未有的浩劫，经济文化遭到严重破坏。<br /></p>

曹操是一代枭雄还是大政治家？
<p>曹操，字孟德，今安徽亳州市人。他父亲夏侯嵩是汉桓帝时大宦官曹腾的养子，随曹腾改姓了曹。曹操从小就很聪明机警，善于随机应变。黄巾起义以后， 曹操组建了自己的军事集团， 于公元196年迎汉献帝入许昌， “挟天子以令诸侯” 。 随后， 他陆续吞并黄河以南的各个军阀， 成为北方惟一能与袁绍抗衡的军事集团。公元200年，袁绍进攻曹操。曹操以声东击西的战术在官渡一战中大获全胜，官渡之战成为历史上有名的以少胜多的战役之一。随后，曹操又逐渐清除了袁氏集团的残余势力，基本上统一了北方。在东汉末年这个战乱的时期，曹操以其机变的权术被人称为“乱世枭雄” ，但其过人的政治远见及高超的政治谋略使之不失为一代大政治家。<br /></p><span><br /></span>

<p>刘备的祖上是汉朝的皇族，从东汉末起事20多年来，因为他胸怀宽广而赢得不少天下豪杰的仰慕。他求贤若渴，四处寻访人才，罗致了许多文臣武将。徐庶向他推荐人称“卧龙”的诸葛亮，说这人是个了不起的人才，但要刘备亲自去请他来。刘备求才心切，就决定亲自去拜会诸葛亮。经过三次拜访，诸葛亮才把刘备等人迎接到屋里，开始讨论天下大事。诸葛亮分析了时局，提出了著名的 《隆中对》 。 刘备听后大喜， 于是请诸葛亮出山辅佐自己。从此诸葛亮成为刘备的主要谋士，也成为刘备集团中举足轻重的人物， 为蜀汉政权立下了汗马功劳。<br /></p>
