<p>聯合國氣候峰會(COP28)日前落幕，這一次在象徵意義上的最大突破，是在協議中各國同意開始減少化石燃料的使用，「以公正、有序且公平的方法從能源系統中的化石燃料過渡到其他類型，…在二○五○年前實現淨零排放」，在二○三○年全球再生能源產能提高三倍，並加速減少煤炭用量且加快碳捕捉與封存技術之發展等結論。另外一個重要成果，是設置氣候災損基金來協助受氣候變遷衝擊最嚴重的國家應對危機。</p> <p>除此之外，此次峰會尚有哪些決議呢？而台灣將如何因應呢？台灣永續能源研究基金會的簡又新董事長將繼續帶您了解。</p> <p><br></p> <p>本文節選自國立教育廣播電台《美麗台灣 永續家園》廣播2023.12.30 節目</p>

<p>前陣子，相信很多朋友每天在國際新聞中，都會看到聯合國第28屆氣候峰會（COP28）的相關報導。可能因為大家都覺察到地球暖化速度越來越快，今年甚至是有紀錄以來最熱的一年，極端氣候所帶來的天災越來越嚴重，所以關注氣候峰會的人也越來越多。COP28在歷經熬夜加班、延長一天的紅眼談判之後，終於在杜拜時間12月13日上午正式落幕。</p> <p>COP每年召開一次，是《聯合國氣候變遷綱要公約》的最高決策會議，每年由不同國家政府主辦，第一屆是1995年在德國柏林舉行，今年第28屆在阿聯酋杜拜舉行。雖然每年的大會總是爭議很多，也會有許多來自各國的環保團體在場外抗議，但最後總會達成一些差強人意的共識。今年有哪些共識被寫入決議？簡又新董事長將要和大家分享這個主題。</p> <p><br></p> <p>本文節選自國立教育廣播電台《美麗台灣 永續家園》廣播2023.12.23 節目</p>

<p>我們日常生活所用的一切物品，都不是憑空出現，而是經由人為設計出來的。「設計」可以為人帶來更好的生活，但設計也可以解決社會問題嗎？答案是肯定的。</p> <p>「5% Design Action社會設計平台」是一個在台灣成立的社會創新倡議，以社會設計為核心，目的在解決社會關鍵問題和挑戰。該平台於2012年正式啟動，提出獨特的理念：專業人士和設計師可以捐贈自己5%的業餘時間，將他們在創新和設計方面的專業知識投入到社會問題的解決中。這個概念強調實際行動，通過跨領域的團隊合作，將設計思維和方法應用於解決教育、健康、環境和經濟等不同領域的問題。</p> <p>5% Design Action的專案過程遵循一個有系統的四步驟流程，包括聚焦（target）、招募（gather）、共創（co-create）和移轉（transfer），以確保專案的有效實施和成果的落實。不僅關注社會問題的解決，還舉辦國際級社會設計論壇、策展和參與國內外展覽，以推動社會設計的概念和實踐。通過這個平台，設計師、專業人士和社會創新者能夠合作，共同創造更具可持續性的社會創新和影響力。</p> <p><br></p> <p>本文節選自國立教育廣播電台《美麗台灣 永續家園》廣播2023.12.16 節目</p>
