黃疸病令腦部受損，天生患有痙攣，且受弱聽困擾的他，於13歲時參加學校運動會的時候，被發掘出具有跑步天份。2004年首次代表港隊出戰亞特蘭大殘奧運，便於男子T35-38級4x100米接力奪得人生第一面金牌。後來於08年北京殘奧，他勇奪男子T36級 200米金牌，更刷新世界紀錄。 這一集「沒有不可能的背後2」有殘奧運六面田徑金牌得主蘇樺偉，以及他的教練潘健侶。

三歲時患上小兒麻痹症引致雙腳不良於行。活潑開朗的她讀書時期開始接觸輪椅土風舞，後來加入義務舞蹈組織，成為推動傷健共融大型活動嘅輪椅舞蹈表演常客；2013年，她她被輪椅拉丁舞的強勁節拍以及標準舞的優雅舞姿深深吸引，從此就離不開輪椅舞蹈，更跳出亮麗成績。 這一集「沒有不可能的背後2」有香港輪椅舞蹈代表隊運動員蘇芷恩，以及她的舞伴李霈然。

由於先天性脊柱裂，出生便要以輪椅代步。雙腳無法走動，則用雙手拉動輪椅，追尋夢想！他從小樂觀好動，勇於嘗試不同的運動。2018年，只有16歲的他贏得渣打馬拉松三公里輪椅賽嘅冠軍；2019年，更加正式加入香港輪椅籃球代表隊。 這一集「沒有不可能的背後2」有香港輪椅籃球代表隊運動員余俊延，以及他的人生導師—青年機構導師吳崇維。
