It can be done in one session (you need an hour at least ) or in three parts .
This is the moment in the year where we pause…... look inward…..listen…and choose how we want to step into the next chapter of our lives.email me if you would like the workbook to go with it melgbb555@hotmail.com Part 1: What Are You Proud Of?Part 2: Preparing for the New Year (Intentions)Part 3: Journaling to Reflect & Plan AheadPart 4- Affirmations for the New Year: A Fresh StartPart 5 How to Approach the New Year With Lessons LearnedThis session includes:✨ Affirmations for a fresh start✨ Reflective questions to honour your growth✨ Emotional closure for the year✨ A grounding practice to regulate your nervous systemEach part includes reflective questions — feel free to pause the video, journal, breathe or revisit each segment at your own pace. 🌟Part 1- What Are You Most Proud Of This Year?Take a moment to honour yourself.Part 2- Preparing for the New Year: Setting Intentions• How do I want to feel in 2026?• What energy do I want to bring into the new year?• What do I want more of? And what do I want less of?• If I could change one small habit that would support me deeply, what would it be?Choose one guiding word or theme:Peace, clarity, confidence, trust, expansion, ease, joy, healing, abundance.Let that word become your anchor.Part 3 -Using Your Journal to Reflect and Plan AheadYour journal is a bridge between who you were this year…and who you’re becoming. Here are three powerful prompts to guide your reflection:1. What did I learn this year?About yourself, others, life, patterns, needs, desires.2. What do I want to leave behind?Thoughts, habits, relationships, beliefs, fears, overwhelm — anything that no longer fits the person you are becoming.3. What do I want to carry forward?Strengths, insights, boundaries, values, joy, creativity, courage. And one more morning question to ask each day as we approach the new year:What is one thing I can do today that supports the life I’m creating?Small things become big shifts.Part 4- Affirmations for the New Year: A Fresh StartNow let’s anchor your new beginning with intention-filled affirmations.Say them gently… slowly… letting each one land in your body.1. I welcome new opportunities with confidence and grace.2. I am worthy of the life I’m creating.3. I release what no longer serves me.4. I trust the path unfolding for me.5. I step into 2026 with clarity and strength.Take a breath after each one.Let them settle into your nervous system. These affirmations aren’t just words — they are invitations, alignments, and quiet agreements with yourself.Part 5 How to Approach the New Year With Lessons LearnedAs you step toward the new year, remember:It isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about honouring who you’ve become…and choosing what you want to grow next.Ask:• What did this year teach me about myself?• What patterns am I ready to let dissolve?• What wisdom am I taking with me into 2026?• How can I support the future version of myself… starting today? You don’t have to have everything figured out. You’re doing GREAT!!And you’re entering this next chapter with far more strength, clarity and wisdom than you realise.Thank you for walking through this December journey with me.
