經營ATOMY要做兩件事：推薦分享、經營團隊。透過人、工具、集會，使夥伴成為老師。艾多美要怎麼做？專心做兩件事情。⚘第一件事情就是「推薦分享」 另外一個就是「經營團隊」。 「推薦分享」，每天不斷認真的去分享。分享成功就會出現兩種人，一種就是消費者，另外一種就是經營者。消費者|服務好。經營者|帶進系統，新人啟動。推薦分享再怎麼厲害，也就是一個人做，頂多就是像很厲害的業務員，永遠沒有辦法做到團隊。「經營團隊」是企業家的工作，怎麼經營團隊？簡單講就是進入成功系統。所謂系統，在艾多美就是😊人、🏓工具、🦋集會。自己要先成為一個能夠真的是獨立作業的經營者、很有老闆心態的「人」、能夠主動去會場學習，然後也會自己主動去做產品的體驗，成為對的「人」。再來也要好好地運用「工具」，工具有哪些，產品體驗包、公司官網影片、APP……「集會」，公司二天一夜的成功學院、一日研討會，還有各地中心課程、創業說明會、領袖分享的課程（大集會|單向學習），夥伴會感染到滿滿的電力。這時候沒有辦法做一個回應，這時，小型集會就顯得重要了。 （小集會|雙向互動）線下或線上家聚、產品體驗會，這就是屬於比較小型的一個集會。在這裡就是讓我們可以學習成長的。如果在分享當中，我們有什麼問題，都可以在這裡尋求一個協助幫忙，一定會有人來幫助我們的，那這裡就是小集會，就是提升我們個人的能力。 🌺簡單的講，大集會就是充滿電力，小集會就是提升我們的能力，兩者缺一不可，我們在艾多美就可以無往不利。 🌺為什麼我們要做一個集會？集會的目的很簡單，主要有三個。一個就是要❤「成為典範」。大家都有聽過，什麼叫身教重於言教，我們常常都很希望 夥伴要去會場學習，可是，如果我們今天自己本身沒有去，夥伴會去嗎？除了我們自己要先做到，自己要先真的有做到身教、以身作則。也就是，「說我所做的說，做我所說的。」這樣子我們才能夠成為一個典範，帶夥伴去學習。第二就是❤「檢視組織」。只有真正有心想要經營的人，才會願意花時間來到集會。我們帶進集會，才知道哪些夥伴是真的想要經營的。我們只要把人、把時間、把資源放在對的人身上就好了，會比較有效率。那如果我們自己沒有進到會場，也不知道哪些夥伴平常有來？如果哪天他沒有來，我們就要打個電話關心一下，嗨、你今天是有什麼事情？為什麼今天沒有來啊？要及時的去關心一下，讓夥伴知道我們有在關心他，所以只有自己進入到會場，才能夠知道我們自己的組織發生了什麼事情。那麼簡單的講，其實這就是一個「點將」的一個好處，一個好場所。第三就是要❤「落實我們知道的。」其實很多人來會場，都是想要來學自己沒有學到的，很多人來過之後都會說，這個我都聽過了，這個我都會了，那請問一下，會了有做到嗎？真的有做到嗎？ 其實，會不會是一件事，另外一件事，就是要落實，落實才是真正最重要的，就是我們不是來學我們不懂的，而是要來落實我們所知道的。
