Truth be told, none of us truly have all the answers about life. The twists and turns, the things we’ve gained, and the things we’ve lost—it can all be overwhelming. M&L Notes is a heartfelt guide to nurturing both our minds and our relationships. Blending wisdom, reflection, and practical advice, this podcast offers essential reminders for self-care, emotional wellness, and cultivating love in all aspects of life. Whether you're seeking inner peace, stronger connections, or a renewed mindset, these notes will inspire us to grow, heal, and love more deeply, starting with ourselves.
The world is searching for hope, truth, love, peace, healing, and purpose. While many are looking in all the wrong places, God is raising up believers to reflect the light of Christ.
Jesus said:
"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden." — Matthew 5:14
The question is not whether the world is seeking something; it is. The question is whether you are living in such a way that people see Christ in you.
Are you:
The encourager someone has been praying for?
The intercessor standing in the gap?
The mentor a young person needs?
The servant who leads with humility?
The voice of truth spoken in love?
The hands and feet of Jesus to a hurting world?

Prayer for Our Youth
We are living in critical times, especially for our children, teens, and young adults. Across the nation and around the world, many young people are facing increasing challenges, making harmful choices, and encountering influences that seek to pull them away from God's purpose for their lives. Now more than ever, they need our love, guidance, and support.
As believers, we must not only be concerned but we must PRAY. Let us intercede for this generation, asking God to protect them, give them wisdom, surround them with godly influences, and lead them in the path of righteousness. Our prayers have the power to make a difference. Join me!

The lesson is simple: God doesn't require us to have everything; He asks us to trust Him with what we have. Your lack is not the end of your story; it is often the place where God's provision and power are revealed. Take a Listen
