Episode 5 - The Ring of Fear
In this episode Alice explains why fear is not the enemy and what to do to overcome it.
You do not want to overcome the Ring of Fear just for the sake of it, you want to overcome it when that particular fear is a limitation to living the life you want to live.
The only way to overcome fear is to go through it and emerge on the other side, expanding your comfort zone in the process.
Stop going around in circles inside your comfort zone, make friend with fear and start moving in the direction of what you value in life.
