This week, we're joined by Rebecca and Adam who are both part of the Better Sleep Programme which is designed to help children and young people access better support with their sleep.
As well as offering support to those who receive treatment from NSFT’s youth and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) teams, the programme provides training to other organisations to promote the importance of sleep for youth mental health and wellbeing.
They share what the programme is, some of the problems that young people experience with their sleep, some of the advice and support the team offer, how your phone can effect your sleep, sleep hygiene, some of the successes of the programme and more!
