Having Goals Is Actually Not That Interesting

News flash - your goals in life is actually not the interesting. Only because the most interesting about you is YOU. Don’t define your identity based on your goals, but instead define your goals based on who you are. Today we chat about separating your personal identity from your goals, and why hot girls are able to have a secure attachment not just with others, but who you are to your core. I'm The Problem It's Me

Apparently, complaining is illegal now. There’s a difference between talking through your problems and building a permanent residence in them, and society loves to blur that line. Why Did God Give Me Hopes and Dreams?

I don’t know who told me to have goals… but I’d like a word. Because why is it that the second you start wanting more for your life, you also sign up for constant overthinking, pressure, and persistent stress. In this episode, I’m just having a very honest conversation about ambition—what it feels like to care about your life, to want more, and to feel overwhelmed by your own expectations at the same time. Like I’m grateful… but I’m also tired.
