How to Not Hate Midlife?
A disconnect from our true essence is common in midlife and is rooted in societal messages.
Midlife is an opportunity for a spiritual and identity awakening, not decline.
External validation keeps the nervous system in stress; true health comes from internal alignment.
Our imperfections are proof of a life well lived and should be celebrated.
Confidence is an inside job that grows from keeping promises to oneself.
Many aspects of aging, like wisdom and relational depth, actually improve.
The aging process can bring us closer to our Creator and inner peace.
Joy is a practice, not a destination, and requires consistent effort.
