My name is Launa and I am a Survivor of Narcissitic Abuse, discovering herself through divorce, mental health, and female friendships. I am a 47 year old GenXer Born and raised on the West Coast. After "barely" surviving a Traumatic Event - in an Emergency Room - in February 2024 - when my Narcissit - Ex Husband - lied to the Emergency Room Staff while I was unconscious. My Abusive Ex Husband's actions that day in February 2024 - caused the ER staff to hold me on an Involuntary Psychiatric Hold, instead of treating me for my physical ailments. My EX Husband provided 5 FALSE Psychiatric Diagnoses to the ER staff that day and if they were true, I wouldn't be able to funciton out in society AT ALL. I certainly wouldn't be here today, able to tell my story in any type of rational, comprehensible manner. I suffered another - equally traumatic event - by way of Spousal Abandonment one month later, in March 2024. When my Narcissistic Abuser - my EX husband - abandoned me and the marriage while I was taking a shower. He cut off all communication and filed for divorce less than a month later and I have not seen, comunicated, or spoken with him since. My Abusive Ex Husband continues to drag out the divorce - a process that has been going on for over a year. My Abusive Ex Husband has bankrupted me and turned my only family member, my Mother against me. My Abusive Ex Husband continues to stalk and harrass me while he weaponizes the Divorce Court System against me. This is my story and its a story about: Gaslighting and Manipulation Harassment Stalking via Flying monkeys and bluetooth Trackers Cyber-terrosism Gangstalking Cyberstalking My Marriage to a Kratom addicted, narcissist & sociopath Spousal Abandonment Law Enforcement manipulation Mental Health System Abuse Violations of the HIPPAA family privacy rules Violations of Privacy and Therapist-Patient Confidentiality Laws Medical System Manipulation Suicide and Suicidal Ideation fabrication Possible longterm poisoning Potential Attempted Murder And last but certainly not least its a story that includes Identity Theft Superior Family Court Fraud and Potential Tax Fraud & Evasion My journals have helped me get this far and sharing them was my first attempt at vulnerability..... I hope to continue this process by sharing more of my story on this Podcast as I navigate 9 year marriage to a Narcissistic Abuser and healing the trauma from my marriage. In addition to healing my childhood trauma that I've spend almost a decade working on in Therapy. I'm figuring out how to forge my new path forward, realizing that I've always been happier alone and unchained. I'm learning how strong I am when I've been pushed to the brink. I'm learning that I can still trust my judgment in people and within myself - Two BAD APPLES (who have claimed to be the "closest ones to me") did not spoil my entire bunch.    Season 1 Episode 21: 5150 February - Chapter 3: VPN’s are BAD MMMMMMkayyyyy

   In this episode I wrap up the timeline details of February 2, 2024 Which was a day full of tech foolery that began with a tv streaming app malfunction. As the day went on there was the purchase of a VPN. In the evening I received a weird reaction from my EX when I mentioned a conversation about WiFi networks that I had with an old co-worker/frenemy. February 2nd culminates with a very odd conversation my EX initiated about his suspicions about witnessing tell tale signs of the old neighbor. During that conversation my EX also expressed his fear and paranoia in association with some of the devices in our home including CO2/Smoke Detectors and my EX unplugging all of the electronics in our home. I continue with the timeline details of February 3, 2024 A day that didn’t have its shortage of Tom and Tech Foolery. It began with a weird moment when something hit our bedroom window - one of those drone hummingbirds no doubt? My EX declares his pure animosity for the use of a VPN and also shares that he heard two individuals speaking negatively about VPN’s behind our apartment. I had some solo tech foolery moments while my EX was at work - and I kept them all to myself with the exception of one - but it would be the most detrimental tech foolery event of the day to share and it would the singular moment that would be parroted back to me when my EX would hospitalize me - involuntarily - for 72 hours - a mere 10 days later.
