Wim Beelen werd rijk met zijn sloop- en recyclebedrijf de Beelen Groep. Na de verkoop stortte hij zich op vastgoedprojecten. Hij haalde flink de media met de aankoop van het ADM-terrein in Amsterdam, dat niet zonder slag of stoot ging. Nu probeert hij een nieuw kunstje te flikken met Attractiepark Rotterdam, waar Spelen bij Beelen moet verrijzen.

Nicheparfums: vroeger inderdaad een niche, maar tegenwoordig kijken mensen niet meer op van een luchtje dat een paar honderd euro kost. Ook jongeren staan in de rij bij winkelketen Skins, die zich al sinds 2000 specialiseert in deze markt. Oprichter Philip Hillege rook een kans en een bleek ook een neusje te hebben ondernemen: Skins draait nu een omzet van 86 miljoen euro.

Robert Vis was nog maar een dertiger toen hij zich al miljardair mocht noemen. En dat kreeg hij allemaal voor elkaar met zijn bedrijf Bird (voorheen Messagebird). Hoe?
