   15 Years of Milan Obsession

Milan Obsession has reached an impressive milestone: It has been 15 years since this blog was created, and this podcast is also 13 years old. In a full circle moment, Allegri is back at the club, and if it is to become a complete circle, then we should be winning the Scudetto this season (but don't hold your breath on that one, the AIA are beyond corrupt.) Instead of just having a guest or two, I took a trip down memory lane and found a clip from each year of the podcast that also chronicles Milan's history during that time, and shared a little bit about my own personal journey and presented a new challenge for the next 15 years. On this Episode: • Background of Milan Obsession Guest clips: 2013: Episode 1 "Happy Birthday Milan Obsession!" with Jovan 🇲🇪 2014: Episode 27 "Happy 3rd Birthday Milan Obsession" with Francesco 🇦🇷 and Derek 🇺🇸 2015: Episode 60 "Mission Possible" with Kristian 🇳🇴 2016: Episode 77 "Montella Time" with Vinny 🇨🇦 2017: Episode 155 "Still Looking for Answers" with Susy 🇬🇧 2018: Episode 116 "Return of the King" with Ricardo 🇺🇸 2019: Episode 141 "Milan in USA" with Jesús 🇺🇸 2020: Episode 154 "Chat with Asmir Begović" with Asmir 🇧🇦 2020: Episode 182 "The Golden Age of Serie A" with Jonathan 🇬🇧 2021: Episode 202 "Are Milan a Dark Horse This Season?" with Glenn 🇦🇺 2022: Episode 217 "Beautiful Mayhem" with Frankie 🇬🇧 2023: Episode 224 "The 10th Anniversary Episode" with Massimo 🇺🇸 and Sofia 🇺🇸 2024: Episode 234 "Season Preview: Fonseca Season" with Pete 🇺🇸 2025: Episode 235 "Epic Celebration Anniversary Edition" with Christina 🇺🇸 • My Personal Journey • The Three Reasons Milan Obsession was formed • Clip from Episode 230 "Girls at the Milan Game" with Sofia • The next 15 year challenge Truly, thank you to every single person who has read this blog, written a guest post, participated in the comment section, listened to the podcast, or been a guest on the podcast. This 15 year personal journey has become a worldwide Milan journey, and it would be really strange without all of you. I truly treasure all of the friends I have made throughout the years. Milan's Reality Show

This season has been filled with so much drama, it feels like a reality show. Huge wins, painful losses, changes in players and managers, and now there is a search for Milan's Next Top Sporting Director. To sort all this out, I invited Paul, the President of the Milan Club Adelaide, to tell us what it is like to be a Milan fan in Australia, and what it was like to have the club come to Australia last summer, including that amazing coreo, (spoiler alert: we find out who the awesome Zia was who was sewing the coreo!!) We also spent plenty of time discussing everything happening at the club right now, including the first team, Conceição, Milan Futuro, Milan Primavera, and the management. On this Episode: • Milan Origin Story • Milan Club Adelaide • Milan in Australia • Injury Update • First Team Recent Matches • Comparing Coaches • Milan Futuro Update • Milan Primavera Update • Milan's Next Top Sporting Director • Upcoming Matches Thanks once again to Paul, for telling us all about Milan Club Adelaide, the adventures of Milan in Australia, and talking about everything going on at Milan now, too. Please follow Paul on Instagram, follow Milan Club Adelaide on Instagram and Facebook (https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/2990560703643958748/6392962734019207658), check out the club's website milanclubadelaide.com.au and also follow Milanisti Down Under to get the news on their upcoming podcasts, too. Crisis Intervention Training

This is a really tough time to be a Milan fan. With the effects of poor management decisions growing exponentially, and the fans getting angrier and angrier, it is difficult to remain calm when results are poor. Like crashing out of the Champions League. Or losing our game in hand, effectively ending our chances for Champions League qualification for next year. Or losing to Lazio at home after going down to ten men. Thankfully, my fellow Milanista Søren was willing to join me to help process some of the things happening at the club and provide some crisis intervention training for our fellow Milan fans. On this Episode: • News of the Week • First Team Recent Matches • Milan Futuro Update • Milan Primavera Update • Crisis Milan • Upcoming Matches Mange tak once again to my future fellow countryman, Søren, for helping us figure out how to cope in this time of Milan crisis. You can find Elaine on BlueSky, Instagram (https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/2990560703643958748/3685181643573812278), Threads (https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/2990560703643958748/3685181643573812278), and Twitter to keep up with news and new posts or generally find out if she is surviving Milan's crisis or not.
