Winter sucks. But winter in London? It sucks even more. Today we go deep into what winter is really like in the UK, whether or not it's as bad as they say, and how you can keep yourself warm through a dark and freeeeezing season that seems to last for eight months. As per, I will recommend a secret spot and a place for a pint, before covering something nice, different and unusual that I learnt in my time in London. MUCH LOVE!

What will happen to your brain abroad? Managing mental health in London.
A heavier episode this week, but maybe the most important one to date! In this week's episode, I get into the nitty gritty of what makes living in London so tough on your mental health. While you've no doubt seen people's highlight reels, it's unlikely you've heard much about the isolation and low mood that can come with managing life abroad. Fear not though, in this episode I share some tools that helped me make it through, and flag what might show up for you so that you can feel as prepared as possible ahead of your move! A note too the audio quality is a bit off in this episode, so please forgive my many POPS - make to regular programming next week!
