A mindful uplevel is an evolution centered around self-love, ease, & alignment, rather than pressure, hustle, or external validation. It's about transforming through unconditional love at the pace in which you're meant to grow, not by pushing yourself to meet external expectations to prove your worth. Mindful upleveling means choosing growth because you love yourself, not because you think you need to to be worthy of love. It's about embracing your unique journey, celebrating your progress, and growing from a place of deep inner peace and trust, knowing that you are enough exactly as you are.
9. ditch the chase for approval, give yourself your flowers
We are baaackkkkk! I'm so happy to be recording the pod again.
Today's episode is all about recognizing when we're stuck in that hamster wheel, that go go go energy, tunnel vision on chasing approval without recognizing that we're completely ignoring our own desires. Do we even know what our own desires are?
If you resonate with that energy, this episode is a good one for you to listen to. I talk about the importance of giving ourselves the validation we crave so we don't need it from others.
I used to be entirely focused on making sure I was the version of myself that would please whoever I was around. There was no looking inward to see what I really wanted out of life!
If you resonate with that, I invite you to do a complete life audit... do you actually like the job you've been trying to be the best at or are you just trying to impress someone and earn their approval? Do you actually want the house or car you're looking to buy or are they also just to impress someone and be accepted by society? What about the people you choose to be around, the person you choose to be in a relationship with, why are you choosing these things?
Ask yourself if these are things you actually desire on a soul level or if you just want them because you think they'll make you worthy or finally gift you the approval you've been craving from someone.

8. give yourself more grace
Hi! Today, we talk about going after our goals while also having gratitude for our reality now. I also discuss the importance of having grace for ourselves as we literally rewire our brains! LOL
A lot of us can be very critical of ourselves, and while it's beautiful to want better for ourselves, I also believe we'd all benefit from rewiring our brains to start recognizing every little achievement and being more proud and appreciative of ourselves.
If you do the action steps I shared at the end of the episode, I would love to hear how it went! As always, please share your takeaways in the comments or in my Insta DMs.

7. bringing playfulness into creation
Hi, loves! Today we are talking about making creation more FUN, embodying a more playful, lighthearted energy about it.
The fear of being seen is so relatable -- afraid of being misunderstood, judged, not accepted. If you feel this, you're not alone. We just gotta do the scary thing even while we're still afraid! You're gonna feel SO proud of yourself once you're brave and do it. And you'll show your subconscious mind, hey look, we did the scary thing and we're still alive. Would ya look at that!
So whatever it is that your heart feels pulled to create, follow it. Ask yourself how you can make the creation process FUN. If you feel pressure, where is that pressure coming from? The need to impress someone? The fear of not being good enough? Ask yourself who's voice this is. Where did these thoughts come from?
You deserve to live the life your soul came here to live, and the people you're here to impact deserve to receive your creations.
So what are you creating?! I would love to hear!! Feel free to leave a comment or DM me on Insta https://www.instagram.com/kiana.b.ansari/
See ya in the next one!

6. this is what's holding you back from making the changes you want to see
Hi friends! Today I talk about the power of our subconscious minds. We may consciously want certain things, but if we have subconscious beliefs that aren't in alignment with that, we won't make the necessary changes to reach those goals.
It's important to uncover these subconscious beliefs, become aware of why we subconsciously don't want these changes we consciously say we want.
Ask yourself: "What bad thing happens if I do/get ____?" "What or who will I lose?" and ask yourself where these beliefs came from. Teachers? Family? Friends? Society? It's helpful to get to the root and see the memories attached.
For this week's journal prompt/action step: Ask yourself, "Where am I holding myself back? What is it that I want and how are my current actions, thoughts, and beliefs preventing that?"
Awareness is KEY. We can't shift something if we aren't aware of it.
Please let me know how this episode resonated for you and how your action steps/journal prompts go! You can let me know if the comments or DM me on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/kiana.b.ansari/

5. mindful uplevels: growing through love not force
Hi friends! Today, I share what a mindful uplevel means to me. Listen to the episode for a longer description, but a very quick recap: a mindful uplevel is the shift from "I need to hustle to succeed" to "I can grow through love, ease, & alignment, at my own pace".I share a couple of personal stories related to burn out that sparked this concept of a mindful uplevel for me.Here are your journal prompts I shared at the end of the episode:- What kind of changes do I want in my life right now? Did I decide this or pick it up from somewhere else? If so, who/where did I get this desire from?- How can I start to unveil my heart's true desires?- What can I start doing now to help me get more in touch with my own intuition? Please let me know if you answer these questions, I'd love to hear about how it goes for you! 4. release the pressure to create momentum
When creating, pressure is the ickiest energy to do it from. We wanna achieve that flow state, receive divine ideas, and that comes from having fun with the process. What if you released the pressure and practice being more playful with your creations? What if you enjoyed the process of creation instead of rushing towards an outcome you need? I invite you to take a look at that desired outcome and see why you feel you need it. Is it a genuine heart's desire? Are you craving the external validation? If so, how can you give that validation to yourself now?

3. unlocking the character is the key to magnetizing your desires
Hi, friends! In today's episode, I explore the concept of manifestation as a game & the importance of becoming the version of ourselves that already has our desires. I talk about the importance of feeling the feelings we believe our desire would bring us now, the necessity of trusting our intuition, and strategies for overcoming limiting beliefs.
If any part of this resonated with you today, please tell me about it in the comments or DM me on Instagram! I love hearing your takeaways. https://www.instagram.com/kiana.b.ansari/

break the loop of overthinking & take aligned action even when you're nervous
If we waited until we felt 100% confident and ready to do something, we would never do it! We can either get caught in cycles of overthinking and perfectionism, or we can show up and take that messy aligned action, one step at a time. I've noticed that if I'm feeling nervous about something, actually doing it is the best way to conquer those nerves. Of course we want to comfort that part of us that's scared, and I go into more details about that in the episode.

choose to feel empowered to experience bliss
Hi friends! Today we dive into choosing to feel empowered in our lives over feeling like a victim. Start building trust with yourself today that you can handle anything. You are your own superhero who doesn't wait for anyone to come and save them! I talk about how embodying this energy brings bliss because we are not dependent on our external circumstances to look a certain way to feel safety. We feel the safety from within because we trust that we got this.
