Gareth's 3 mindset messages: Be Kind Embrace your passions And Smile! Food When a guest says 'Wow - anything!' in response to what they'd like to eat, it's both exhilarating and slightly nerve-wracking. On one hand, I have complete creative freedom to craft something truly special. On the other, the responsibility rests entirely on my shoulders to ensure they enjoy a genuinely delicious meal. I do not create my own recipes, I usually use what's out there and sometimes add a touch of my ingredients if I feel the dish needs it. I decided to make two dishes from Ottolenghi: Butter beans with roasted cherry tomatoes & Chicken Shawarma sandwiches. Gareth loved both of my dishes, especially the starter! The effort and researching for the perfect dish has truly paid off :) If you would like to reach out to Gareth, or get the recipes, please visit www.mindsetkitchen.co.uk

Episode 36 – Nilesh Satguru: Self-Mastery Coach & Compassion Trainer

Dr. Nilesh Satguru is a self-mastery coach and compassion trainer who specialises in helping visionaries master their emotions with compassion. After 11 years as a doctor, Nilesh transitioned to self-development, where his work has rippled across five continents. His work has been experienced by 8-figure entrepreneurs, film producers, cult DJs, and award-winning nonprofit founders. His expertise has been featured by Entrepreneur, Soho House, and Mindvalley, and Business Insider. Nilesh's 3 mindset messages: 1. Start with your emotions 2. Don't SEE your emotions, feel them 3. Choose compassion, awaken mastery. Food Nilesh is vegetarian, and when I asked what he would like me to cook for him, he gave me this: "I love all food. I am a huge foodie. I’d like you to cook what’s authentic to you. Something close to your heart. So I can feel your love through the food." I have never cooked Lithuanian "Saltibarciai" (Cold beetroot soup with kefir) on my show yet, but I always wanted to. Albeit I know it's not for everyone. I decided to take a risk and make it for Nilesh. :) I served it with crispy potatoes on a side.  It is very healthy soup, and I truly hope Nilesh has enjoyed it. :) If you would like to reach out to Nilesh or get the recipe, please visit www.mindsetkitchen.co.uk
