What Is Your Relationship With Money Really Saying About You?
What if the way you think, spend, save and receive money has less to do with numbers — and more to do with what you learned about money growing up?
In this episode of Mindshift with Geetanjali, we explore the psychology behind your relationship with money and how early experiences, learned beliefs, scarcity and emotion can quietly influence your financial choices.
You’ll discover how the brain responds to money, why financial decisions aren’t always rational, and how old money beliefs can follow us into adulthood without us even realizing it.
I’ll also guide you through a practical Mindshift exercise and visualization to help you begin creating a more conscious, healthy relationship with money.
Your past may have shaped your money story. But it doesn’t have to define your financial future.

Are You Saying What You Really Mean?
Have you ever said “I’m fine” when you weren’t? Expected someone to know what you needed without actually telling them? Or walked away from a conversation thinking, They should have known what I meant?
Communication isn’t only about what we intend to say. It’s also about what we actually say, and what the other person hears.
In this episode of Mindshift with Geetanjali, we explore why difficult conversations can feel so uncomfortable, how emotions can affect the way we communicate, and why our brains sometimes fill in the gaps with assumptions.
You’ll also learn the CLEAR Method, a practical five-step tool to help you communicate more calmly, clearly and honestly, without becoming aggressive, defensive or apologetic.
Because sometimes better communication doesn’t require more words.
It requires clearer ones.

Why Does Rejection Feel So Personal?
What if the rejection that hurt you years ago is still making decisions for you today?
A relationship ends. You don’t get the job. Someone doesn’t call back. Your idea is dismissed. You hear one simple word:
No.
But your mind can turn that one moment into something much bigger:
I’m not good enough. They didn’t want me. I shouldn’t have tried. Maybe I’m just not meant for this.
In this episode of Mindshift with Geetanjali, Why Does Rejection Feel So Personal?, we explore why rejection can hurt so deeply, and why one person’s response can sometimes become a story we carry about our own worth.
You’ll discover what happens in the brain when we experience social rejection, why your mind may start predicting future rejection, and how we sometimes begin rejecting ourselves before anyone else gets the chance.
I’ll also introduce my NO–KNOW–GO Method, a practical three-step approach to help you separate the event from the story, learn what the experience has to teach you, and keep moving forward.
Then, in a gentle guided meditation, we’ll practice meeting an old rejection differently — not pretending it didn’t hurt, but recognizing:
This happened to me. This is not all of me.
And perhaps the most important question of all:
Where are you still living according to an old rejection?
Because a no may mean no to that person, that opportunity or that moment.
It does not automatically mean never.
