這邊跟大家分享一篇文章 生活中我們每個人，都或多或少得到過別人的幫助， 經常發現這樣一種現象，兩人彼此關係一直很好， 有時就為一件瑣碎的小事，或者是一次沒按自己的意願辦事就會結怨， 從此兩人見面就如同陌路。 別人扶了你一把，也許你很快就忘記； 別人踩了你一腳，也許你會永記心中。 我們記住了別人的缺點和錯誤， 記住了別人怠慢我們的地方， 於是，便耿耿耿於懷， 越看這個人越滿身缺點， 越看這個人越不可理喻。 當別人對你不敬的時候，你總是記住別人的好處，哪怕別人點點滴滴對你的好處， 你都默默記在心中。慢慢地，你心中的怒氣就煙消雲散了，心胸也自然開闊了。 量小失友，度大聚朋。有了寬闊的胸襟、寬宏的度量，才能贏得朋友間信任， 增進團結，密切友誼。 記住別人的好，可以培養自己謙虛的品質。人無完人，對人寬容就是對己寬容； 善待別人，其實就是善待自己！專挑別人缺點、不能容人的人，必然自我感覺良好， 看不到自己身上的缺點，從而喪失改進提高的機會….

活著快樂就是我們的核心 想想我們多久沒有好好的將過期的物品丟掉 那怕是冰箱過期的食物 或是那些-放在衣櫃裡一件件… 自己認為都有故事的衣服 我們是不是都捨不得丟掉呢 過期的感情也許可以丟掉 物品不喜歡了可以丟棄 回憶覺得美好可以封存 感情相愛可以堆積起來 該是時候-將自己生活空間簡化 讓該有的東西留著 不需要-不重要-通通都把它丟掉吧 或是送給別人讓她有新的主人 歡迎聽這一集
