The Rev. Mark A. Thompson has spent most of his life as a political, civil rights & human rights activist and organizer. He not only has been a part of every major social justice movement & event over the past 40 years, he has also been a radio broadcaster for three decades, and he has spent over 10 years as a television commentator, as well. Rev. Mark hosts Make It Plain (MIP), a political, human rights and breaking news podcast. Rev. Mark’s lifelong social justice activism intersects with his years of experience broadcasting the news and issues of the day. Some of him to DC threatening him with sedition for reporting on military segregation. The double V campaign said all right now we're not going to fight for democracy abroad and not have democracy at home. We're not going to have us fighting over here and keep us segregated in the military. All right. There was a negotiation Dr. Chavis a truce for that. But the DOJ continue to monitor the NNPA and all the black newspapers and have been doing so ever since. […]
