Brooklyn-based Mir Omar has developed into one of New York's leading electronic artists in the progressive house realm, blending dreamy, emotional compositions with technical precision. Before gaining international recognition, Mir built his reputation in New York, performing as a supporting act for progressive house icons like Hernan Cattaneo, deadmau5, Guy J, and James Zabiela. His productions, including remixes for Airwave's iconic track 'When Things Go Wrong' and Solarstone's '4Ever', released across labels like Pure Progressive, FSOE UV, and onedotsixtwo, have earned support from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila and more. In 2023, Mir made his European debut in London, followed by a standout set at Amsterdam Dance Event 2024 alongside Ferry Corsten, John O'Callaghan, and Aly & Fila. In 2025, he continued his rise with a debut at Luminosity Beach Festival, further solidifying his presence in the global electronic music scene.

really happy to share a promo mix after a long long time 🪩
i believe the last upload was in January 2025. I've posted a few live sets from the past two years here but live sets track selections are tuned to the environment so i don't get to play a lot of the harder stuff if i'm in the warm up role.
i want to say this is one of my best mixes i've done. perhaps it's the accumulation of tracks over the past 20 months and a sudden urge to start sharing music again with people.
hope you enjoy :)
