<p>This episode takes us up north to Canada where on November 18th, 1987, 20-year-old Jay Cook and his girlfriend 18-year-old Tanya Van Cuyenborg set out on an overnight road trip that would take them from their hometown of Saanich, British Columbia, Canada, to Seattle, Washington. They had planned on sleeping in the back of their van for the night, then collecting supplies for Jay's family's furnace company, before turning around and heading back home.
