<p>Een vrouw van 44 staat te wachten bij een kruising in Tilburg maar dan opeens wordt ze aangereden door een vrachtwagen en overlijdt. De chauffeur zegt haar nooit te hebben gezien, maar had hij dat wel moeten doen? In de rechtbank draait alles om zicht, verantwoordelijkheid en de vraag hoeveel schuld er schuilt in een ongeluk dat niemand heeft gewild.</p>
