<p>Equity-focused leadership focuses on entry to leadership specifically in school systems but this conversation is applicable across sectors! </p> <p>Jennifer Cheatham is a senior lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education on education and co-chair of the Public Education Leadership Project, and the faculty co-chair of the Education, Leadership, Organizations and Entrepreneurship (ELOE) Program.
