GDolmG: was erwartet uns 2023?
<p>Bist du <strong>beeidigt </strong>oder <strong>ermächtigt</strong>? Dolmetschst du bei Gericht oder für Notare? Stellt die Übersetzung von Urkunden einen großen Anteil deiner Aufträge dar?</p> <p>Dann solltest du wissen, dass ab dem 01.01.2023 das neue <strong>Gerichtsdolmetschergesetz</strong> (GDolmG) in Kraft tritt. Zwar war die Idee hinter dem Gesetzt sinnvoll (die Anforderungen an beeidigte und ermächtigte Dolmetscher:innen und Übersetzer:innen zu harmonisieren und nur professionelle Kolleg:innen zu den Prozessen zuzulassen), jedoch blieb sie nur in der Theorie schön und praktisch. Zurzeit ist die Lage auch für Gerichte eher unklar: braucht man neue Prüfungen für Dolmetscher und Übersetzer? Wer führt sie durch und wann werden sie durchgeführt? Verliere ich ab 2023 meine Ermächtigung? Betrifft das auch Urkundenübersetzer:innen?</p> <p><strong>Natascha Dalügge-Momme</strong>, Vorstandsvorsitzende des VVDÜ e. V., hat zusammen mit anderen Verbänden bereits mehrfach auf die Gefahren dieses Gesetzes hingewiesen. Bei unserem Infoabend am 29. September 2022 hat sie unsere Fragen beantwortet.</p> <p><br></p>

<p>Wer selbstständig werden möchte, stößt früher oder später auf die Notwendigkeit, einen Businessplan zu erstellen. Zumindest hört und liest man, dass ein neues Geschäft das immer braucht. In dieser Folge besprechen Olga, Imke und Judith, wofür sie Businessplan (nicht) brauchten. </p>
