<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Von aktuellen (gescheiterten) Urlaubsreisen bis hin zur Frage, welchen Stellenwert Arbeit eigentlich in unserem Leben hat, widmen wir uns heute dem Thema Work-Life-Balance aus ganz unterschiedlichen Perspektiven. Gerade als digitale Nomadinnen und Selbständige neigen wir durchaus manchmal dazu, nicht nur zu viel zu arbeiten, sondern auch einen Großteil unseres Selbstwerts und unserer Identität mit unsere Arbeit zu verknüpfen. Warum das vielleicht gar nicht so gesund ist und welche Alternativen wir uns dazu vorstellen können, besprechen wir heute genauso wie die Frage, wie unsere Klientinnen mit dem Thema Work-Life-Balance umgehen und was sie dabei besonders beschäftigt.
