<p>Das Projekt „Caring Communities – Sorgenetzwerke stärken“ wurde mit 31. Juli abgeschlossen. Großartige Initiativen und Aktionen sind aus dem Projekt heraus entstanden.</p> <p>Die Pandemie und ihre Auswirkungen haben uns gezeigt, wie wichtig nachbarschaftliche Hilfe sein kann. Besonders Menschen, die sich in Quarantäne oder in Absonderung befanden, waren von Familie, Freunden und Nachbarn abhängig, um existenzielle Waren wie Arzneimittel und Lebensmittel zu erhalten.</p> <p>Projektverantwortliche aus allen Ebenen, dem österreichischen Roten Kreuz Wien, der UNI Graz und des Bezirks Eferding haben in dieser Folge Resümee gezogen.</p>

#3 Stammtisch für pflegende und betreuende Angehörige
<p>Laut österreich.gv.at werden knapp 80% der Pflegebedürftigen zu Hause gepflegt. Die Hauptlast liegt dabei oft auf den Angehörigen. </p> <p>Im Zuge des Projekts Caring Communities wurde 2020 der Stammtisch für pflegende und betreuende Angehörige ins Leben gerufen. In dieser Podcastfolge spricht Katja mit Burgi und Marianne über ihren Alltag als pflegende Angehörige und was sie sich persönlich vom Stammtisch schon mitnehmen konnten. DGKP Andrea Katzlberger vom Roten Kreuz Eferding erzählt wie der Stammtisch abläuft.
