" تدخل البترول وتروح إدارة !!"
*تدخل البترول وتروح إدارة !!* جملة تتردد كثيراً على مسامع الطلاب الذين يقررون اختيار تخصص الإدارة في جامعة البترول حتى أصبحت من الأقوال المأثورة .. صاحبنا اليوم كان أحد الذين أصابتهم حيرة إختيار التخصص بين الهندسة والإدارة ، وتردد كثيرا قبل اتخاذ القرار .. علي السعيد ، عاشق الجبال ، بدءاً من الطفولة وذكرياتها في جبلي أجا وسلمى ، مروراً بجبل الظهران حيث جامعة البترول العريقة وانتهاءً بجبال كلورادو ورحلته في برنامج التبادل الطلابي .. يقول عن نفسه متحدثاً عن حبه للجبال : (( كانت الولاية - أي ولاية كلورادو - مشهورة بجبالها و لي مع الجبال قصصٌ تبدأ ولا تنتهي. فالجبال هي جذوري و هي طفولتي. و من خلال قراءاتي المتواضعة في التاريخ وجدت الجبال حاضنة وو جدتها موضع آمان و اطمئنان ، موضع عزلة و تأمل ، موضع اختباء عن العدو و مهاجمته ، موضع تحدي و انجاز. فمن الأهداف الترفيهية التي وضعتها لنفسي هي صعود قمم تلك الجبال. فحاولت صعود ثلاث من أعلى القمم في الولاية. نجحت في اثنتين فكانت الأولى مع أحد السكان المحليين في الولاية و كان مهندس يعمل في أحد شركات الطاقة في الولاية. و الثانية قطعت فيها 40 كيلومتر واستغرقت في صعودها 13 ساعة حيث بدأت في الصباح الباكر و غربت الشمس قبل نزولي من الجبل! و فشلت في الاخيرة حيث واجهتني عاصفة ثلجية على بعد 1000 قدم من القمة. كان كل ماحولي بياض لا يتخخله شيء من اي لون آخر. كانت عاصفة قاسية و ظروف قاتلة. وكأن جهنم الأرض قررت ان تلتبس لباس العفة التي يكسوها البياض. ذلك اليوم عرفت معنى الزمهرير )) ما هي قصة علي السعيد في اختيار تخصصه في جبل الجامعة ؟ وهل كان القرار صعباً كصعوبة تسلق جبال كلورادو ؟ وماذا كان طموحه قبل الاختيار ؟ وماذا حقق حتى الان وقتاً ممتعاً
