<p>La idea de este podcast nació al encontrarme en diversas conversaciones sobre política con personas que, en medio de ambientes tan polarizados como el colombiano y el estadounidense, terminaban por comprobarme que realmente no les interesaba debatir ni conversar, porque ya tenían su "equipo" y su lealtad ya estaba comprometida. Después de muchos años de tratar de entender este fenómeno en el mundo de las redes sociales y la globalización, después de mucho estudiar, después de mucho llorar también (porque todos hemos perdido amigos y familiares en este ambiente malsano) decidí abrir un espacio para dialogar, para escuchar, un espacio donde la gente se sienta segura y tranquila, donde se expliquen todos los lados de un asunto y logremos sentir empatía por aquellos con los que no estamos de acuerdo, pero debemos respetar, escuchar y, por qué no? También amar. Este podcast le ofrecerá a sus oyentes un contexto histórico de los acontecimientos actuales. También algunos "tips" para no caer en la desinformación y la manipulación, en la que todos caemos sin darnos cuenta. Hablaremos de cómo fortalecer nuestro pensamiento crítico, nuestra empatía, nuestras relaciones humanas. Se tocarán temas de política, historia, ética, filosofía, psicología, temas ambientales y también temas de liderazgo. Este podcast es mi pequeña contribución al sueño que todos tenemos de vivir tranquilos, en paz, de sentirnos capaces de pensar y decidir, y de relacionarnos sanamente con los demás en un mundo que nos bombardea con mensajes de odio y separación. Tendrá 4 ejes principales: Ágora, donde hablaremos de temas que construyen sociedad. Memoria, donde contaremos historias maravillosas que nos expliquen el presente. Ágape, donde tocaremos temas más personales que nos ayuden a crecer. Y el Acuario, donde hablaremos del medio ambiente. Conversemos, son más las cosas que nos unen que las que nos dividen. Bienvenidos, espero que les guste, y espero que se comuniquen conmigo.&nbsp;<br>This podcast was born when I found myself in different conversations about politics with people who, in the midst of such polarized environments as Colombia and the United States, ended up proving to me that they were not really interested in debating or talking, because they had already chosen their "team" and their loyalty was already committed. After many years of trying to understand this phenomenon in the world of social networks and globalization, after a lot of studying, and also after a lot of crying (because we all have lost friends and family in this unhealthy environment) I decided to open a space for dialogue, a space to listen, a space where people feel safe and calm, where all sides of an issue are explained and where we can feel empathy for those with whom we disagree, but we must respect, listen and, why not? Love too. This podcast offers its listeners historical context for current events. Also some "tips" to avoid falling into misinformation and manipulation, which we all fall into without realizing it. We will talk about how to strengthen our critical thinking, our empathy, our human relationships. Topics of politics, history, ethics, philosophy, psychology, environmental issues and also leadership issues will be covered. This podcast is my small contribution to the dream that we all have of living in harmony, in peace, of feeling capable of thinking and deciding, and of having healthy relationships with others in a world that bombs us with messages of hate and separation. It'll have 4 main axix: Ágora, where we'll discuss topics about society construction. Memory, where we'll tell wonderful stories that explain the present.&nbsp; Ágape, where we'll talk about more personal topics that will help us grow. And the Aquarium, where we'll talk about the environment.
